Chicken Stew

Chickeny and warm. Feel free to play with the amounts or even fully replace any of the vegetables, it's very flexible. Do be sure to cook the bacon and peas ahead of time, and don't do so with the chicken.

Directions

Pan fry the bacon
Cook the frozen Peas according to their instructions
Towel dry and chop the bacon to your desired size
Add all ingredients aside from the Rice into a large pot
Bring the pot to a boil
Once boiling lower the heat to a simmer and cover, let cook for 25 minutes
Add the Rice and one extra cup of water to the pot, stir
Let cook for another 20 minutes
Eat!
